With stunning views of Port Phillip Bay and the surrounding Suburbs, at Observatory Cottages you feel as though you can touch the stars. “It looked like someone had spilt a truckload of gemstones, rubies, sapphires, diamonds and topaz, in random patterns on to a vast black tablecloth.” It is truly an amazing sight.
