With the feel of yesteryear Ironbark Cottage is where romance begins. Set in timber Ironbark Cottage boasts its own yard and a balcony that over looks Port Phillip Bay and the surrounding suburbs.

Sit back on the deck or soak up in the double spa and watch the sun go down, or just sit by the log fire with your loved one. Ironbark Cottage is truly the home of romance. This cottage is beautifully detailed its spacious inside and out, enjoy sleeping on the 1880's antique Half Tester bed with lace bedding and furnishings. The cottage is set in rich reds & wood paneling with cathedral ceilings.

Accommodation Rates valid from 1st Nov 2011 to 30th June 2012

* Cottage is unavailable for single stays Monday-Thursday, only available for 5 or 7 night stays during the week.

* No single night stays.

* A Cot or fold out bed can be arranged for hire $10 per night.

Check In and Check Out Times

Check in time is between 3pm - 6pm. A Map showing where your cottage is situated on the property will also be sent through with your confirmation for later check in's. Check out time is 12.00noon.

Early Check ins

Your cottage may be ready before 3pm and available for an complimentary earlier check in. If we have your mobile number you may receive a call when your cottage is ready. If you do not receive a call then the normal 3pm check in time will apply. If you would like to book in an earlier check in, this can be done at a cost of $20 per hour with the earliest time being 1pm and being subject to availability.

Late Check outs

A late check out can be arranged, subject to availability, at $20 per hour with the latest time being 1.00pm.

A 50% deposit is required for stays two nights or more, or 100% payment for one night stays:

• Within 7 days, if day of arrival is over 30 days from the time of making your booking.
• At time of booking via credit card, if day of arrival is within 14 days of making your booking.

A valid credit card is required at time of booking to secure your cottage. Names of persons staying, Mobile number. Cancellations must be notified within 7 days before arrival date.

No SMOKING is allowed within the cottages themselves but are welcome to smoke outside on Veranda's. If SMOKING does occur there will be a fee of $250 deducted from C/C.
