Tariffs & Packages

At Observatory Cottages we offer highly luxurious personalized intimate and private accommodation in a choice of 4 self contained character filled cottages.

Each cottage offers large double spa, real log fires, four poster beds with canopies reverse cycle heating/air conditioning, TV, DVD/CD player fully equipped kitchen with coffee machines generously stocked with hot and cold breakfast provisions quality linen, toiletries and bathrobes and much more.

To make your stay even more enjoyable port, bath salts and slippers are all complementary.

Check in time is from 4pm to 6pm and late checkout at 12pm. Earlier check in by appointment only. Later arrivals please contact reception on 03 9751 2436 to notify estimated arrival time.

Tariff:

All prices shown are in effect from 1st March 2007. No single Saturdays available, weekend stays must have minimum of two night stay Fri/Sat or Sat/Sun (These rates will not apply for long weekends)

Long weekends, Christmas, Easter, New years and Melbourne cup all have a minimum of a two night stay. Christmas day there is no check in or check out.

All cottages are provided with enough linen for your stay; if more towels are required please contact us at reception at no extra charge. We are happy to service your room daily if needed (making bed, change towels and keeping the fire) this service attracts a $20 fee.

For stays over three nights we offer a room service to replace towels restock wood and toiletries refill the fridge and empty rubbish on the third morning this service comes complimentary.

*Note; 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure booking, with balance on arrival. Cancellation Policy; Deposit is transferable to an alternate date (subject to availability) providing notice of cancellation is received at least two weeks prior to scheduled arrival date, otherwise full deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations received within 72 hours of scheduled arrival time - full tariff charged.

We can also offer you an assortment of packages to make your stay memorable for years to come. Various dinner packs can be arrange in your cottage on your arrival - please contact us for further details.

Paradise Package: $750

• 2 night weekend stay
• 2 x 45 minute massages
• A bottle of white/red wine

Romantic Getaway: $65.00

• A bottle of sparkling wine
• Cheese platter
• Strawberries & cream
• 2 romantic movies from our selection.

Feed The Man Meat: $55.00

• Your choice of prime PORTLAND steaks
• A bottle of red or white wine
• Seasonal salad and bread rolls.

Midweek Special for February - Monday-Thursday Only*

• Stay & pay for 2 nights and receive the third night free Saving of  $140
• Breakfast provisions & linen provided.

*Third night must be taken inconjuntion with the two night stay and third night is not transferable to any other parties.

All packages must be arranged at time of booking. All foods baskets will be placed in your cottage prior to arrival.

We can also arrange winery tours, a soothing massage, dinner delivered to your door or booking to any of the local restaurants.
