Tariffs & Packages

At Observatory Cottages we offer highly luxurious personalized intimate and private accommodation in a choice of 4 self contained character filled cottages.

Each cottage offers large double spa, real log fires, four poster beds with canopies reverse cycle heating/air conditioning, TV, DVD/CD player fully equipped kitchen with coffee machines generously stocked with hot and cold breakfast provisions quality linen, toiletries and bathrobes and much more.

To make your stay even more enjoyable port, bath salts and slippers are all complementary.

Check In and Check Out Times

Check in time is between 3pm - 6pm. A Map showing where your cottage is situated on the property will also be sent through with your confirmation for later check in's. Check out time is 12.00noon.

Early Check ins

Your cottage may be ready before 3pm and available for an complimentary earlier check in. If we have your mobile number you may receive a call when your cottage is ready. If you do not receive a call then the normal 3pm check in time will apply. If you would like to book in an earlier check in, this can be done at a cost of $20 per hour with the earliest time being 1pm and being subject to availability.

Late Check outs

A late check out can be arranged, subject to availability, at $20 per hour with the latest time being 1.00pm.

Tariff:

All prices shown are in effect from 1st November 2011. Not available Monday-Thursday. No single Saturdays or Sundays available, weekend stays must have minimum of Two nights Fri/Sat or Sat/Sun. (These rates will not apply for long weekends):

The Paradise Package

• 2 Night W/E (Fri/Sat-Sat/Sun)

The Great Escape Package

• 5 Nights (Sun-Thurs)

The Ultimate Escape Package

• 7 Nights Accommodation

If you wish to have any extra's with the above rates these will be paid for separately.

Long weekends, Christmas, Easter, New years and Melbourne cup all have a minimum of a two night stay. Christmas day there is no check in or check out.

All cottages are provided with enough linen for your stay; if more towels are required please contact us at reception at no extra charge.

For stays over three nights we offer a room service to replace towels restock wood and toiletries refill the fridge and empty rubbish on the third night this service comes complimentary.

*Note; 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure booking, with balance on arrival. Cancellation Policy; Deposit is transferable to an alternate date (subject to availability) providing notice of cancellation is received at least two weeks prior to scheduled arrival date, otherwise full deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations received within 72 hours of scheduled arrival time - full tariff charged.

A valid credit card is required at time of booking to secure your cottage. Names of persons staying, Mobile number. Cancellations must be notified within 7 days before arrival date.

We can also offer you an assortment of packages to make your stay memorable for years to come. Various dinner packs can be arrange in your cottage on your arrival - please contact us for further details.

• 1 Cheese & Antipasto Platter

• 1 bottle of Rose Wine
• 1 Mixed Bouquet of Roses (Same Colour or Mixed)

A great package for the Guys whom wish to spoil their Loved one.

BBQ package: $55.00

• 2 Steaks of Choice from our Portland Range (300-400gr)
• (Rib-eye, Eye-Fillet, Scotch Fillet, P/House, T/Bone)
• 1 Large Greek Salad
• 1 Small Coleslaw
• 6 Dinner Rolls
• 1 Bottle of Cab/Shiraz/Merlot/Riesling/Sem or Chardy (Choice is Yours)

Massage Packages

• 1/2 Massage $65 p/p
• 3/4 hr massage $75 p/p
• 1 hr Massage $85 p/p
• 1 1/2 hr Massage $110 p/p

Body Bliss Treatments

Gentle Salt scrub exfoliation followed by a soothing body lotion with your choice of essential oils.

• 1 hr treatments $95 p/p
• 1 1/2 hr treatments $130 p/p

These prices are per person (double price if for 2 person)

If wishing to have treatments together will need to book no less than 1hr each.
Treatments need to be booked in with Therapists 2 weeks prior to arrival.

All treatments are done onsite at Observatory Cottages within the comfort of your cottage.

(Female Therapists only)

All packages must be arranged at time of booking. All foods baskets will be placed in your cottage prior to arrival.

We can also arrange winery tours, a soothing massage, dinner delivered to your door or booking to any of the local restaurants.
